Iconic Wirawi Ferry Reimagined for Vivid Sydney 2024

The historic Wirawi ferry, formerly known as Lady Northcott, is set to make a dazzling return to the waters of Sydney Harbour for Vivid Sydney 2024. Once the beloved Manly Ferry the Wirawi has been transformed into a mesmerising display, combining its rich heritage and cultural stories for an unforgettable Vivid experience.
 
Originally built in 1974 the Wirawi Ferry has undergone an extensive renovation to become a beacon of light and creativity during Vivid Sydney. With its original aboriginal artwork and multipurpose passenger viewing spots, the Wirawi will capture the imagination of visitors as it glides strong and gracefully through the iconic Sydney harbour, illuminating the night sky with a display of colour and motion.

From the iconic Sydney Opera House to the glittering skyline, the Wirawi will provide unparalleled views of Vivid's spectacular installations, making it a must-see attraction for all ages.
 
The Wirawi Ferry will be cruising Sydney Harbour throughout the duration of Vivid Sydney from Man O War Steps, Sydney Opera House, on Friday and Saturday nights @ 6pm during Vivid up until June 15, 2024.
