Elevate First Nations business initiatives with our specialised Indigenous consultancy services. We guide you through developing Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP), navigating the Aboriginal Participation in Construction Policy (APIC), and leverage place-based knowledge. Our dedicated cultural consultants ensure localised community engagement, fostering meaningful connections and partnerships with a culturally-informed approach.

Indigenous Employment & Mentoring

Our mentors are Mob working with employers to forge pathways and provide mentorship for Indigenous community members, empowering them with the skills, tools and support needed to pass their first 6-months of employment. This includes support with the mentee’s family obligations, cultural knowledge and financial guidance.

Specialist Workplace Mentoring For Indigenous Employees

Our passion to empower communities comes from our mission to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. Tribal Warrior Talent’s Indigenous Employment & Mentoring program is designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees remain in long- term employment by providing mentorship to them and the organisation that employs them.

In our program, we:

  • Instill our mentoring principles of culture, respect, routine and discipline;
  • Support the mentee to reach a minimum of 6 months continuous employment;
  • Create an open and honest relationship between the employer, mentor and mentee that is culturally safe;
  • Provider guidance and support to the mentee when navigating work, community and cultural expectations;

Through this program we are bridging the gap between community and industry to create a more social future for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander employees.

Ex-offenders Programs

Tribal Warrior’s ex-offender programs are community-led, controlled and culturally informed. All the work we do reduces recidivism and supports Aboriginal community members and their families.

Our ex-offender programs target three key areas of social impact, reducing recidivism in our community.

  • Sustainable employment outcomes
  • Keeping adults out of jail for good
  • Keeping youth away from jail for good

The program helps ex-offenders navigate barriers to social inclusion and economic independence by connection to culture & identity, building the foundations & supports needed for decarceration and gaining relevant skills and experience for a rewarding career .
